Residential Program Positions

House Manager

The House Manager supervises, evaluates, and monitors the work of the direct care staff and clients. House Managers must possess a minimum of one year paid child care experience and 3 years of any combination of the following: paid child care or related social services experience, or post high school education in social work or related field. Managers must have met all of the qualifications of a Manager as well as have working knowledge and the ability to carry out the duties and responsibilities of all subordinate positions. Managers are required to be approved drivers on our insurance policy. Must pass a motor vehicle records check to be cleared as a driver.

Assistant House Manager

The Assistant House Manager supervises, evaluates, and monitors the work of the direct care staff and clients. Assistant House Managers must possess a minimum of at least one year paid child care experience and at least 2 years of any combination of the following: paid child care or related social work experience, or post high school education in social work or related field. Assistant Managers must have working knowledge and the ability to carry out the duties and responsibilities of all subordinate positions. Assistant Managers are required to be approved drivers on our insurance policy. Must pass a motor vehicle records check to be cleared as a driver.

Pool Staff

A person who supervises, nurtures, or cares for a child in care shall have a minimum of: A high school diploma or equivalency degree and one year paid experience working with children or; one year post high school education in a program leading to a degree in the field of child welfare or human services. This is a part time position which with the availability to work up to forty hours per week. Must pass a motor vehicle records check to be cleared as a driver.

Overnight Staff

A person who supervises, nurtures, or cares for a child in care shall have a minimum of: A high school diploma or equivalency degree and one year paid experience working with children or; one year post high school education in a program leading to a degree in the field of child welfare or human services. The overnight position is an awake position. Completing night clock in’s every twenty minutes. Must pass a motor vehicle records check to be cleared as a driver.

Weekend Relief

A person who supervises, nurtures, or cares for a child in care shall have a minimum of: A high school diploma or equivalency degree and one year paid experience working with children or; one year post high school education in a program leading to a degree in the field of child welfare or human services. The weekend relief position works 24 hour shifts primarily on weekends. Must pass a motor vehicle records check to be cleared as a driver.
